What is the core of who you are? What is that thing that inspires and drives you? What is that essence that you protect so dearly that made you grow tall and strong? Tonight, before you drift off to sleep, see if you can identify and connect with that tiny seedling within that has planted those solid roots with which you thrive. Did you know that in the summer season, after the blossoming of its leaves, it is time for the trunk of a tree to stretch toward the sky? Think about all the ways you might use your core to extend and expand yourself this summer. Dream of the beautiful lengthening of that juicy and exciting center of who you are.
