Let’s explore! Take a look in the mirror and write down all of the things you see there, staring back at you. What do you notice about yourself and how does that make you feel? Yes, write that down, too. Now, close your eyes and imagine that the very same mirror is a door or a portal. What you see when you look into it evaporates and the refracted light behind the mirror is calling to you. Step on through and follow the music of that beam of light as far as it will take you. Here, you encounter another mirror, but in this mirror there is a deeper reflection of who you are and the all of the potential you hold. Take a moment here to hear the melody of your spirit and feel the majesty of your soul. There is an unshakeable balance in this moment where you meet your truest essence. If you feel it, bring it back with you when you come back through the prisms of that first mirror. Now tear up that list - it’s just the surface and it’s inconsequential. You are so much more.
