You are moving forward and leaving behind a temporary period of darkness. The shadows that cast themselves in your heart were actually incredibly revealing. In fact, you may have discovered a great deal about who you are and who you want to be in those shady areas of your spirit. Sifting through the murkier pieces of your psyche was difficult, but necessary so that you might grow into the version of yourself that is meant to be. Right now, it may feel a little bit like you are walking away from something, but the truth is you are advancing out of the shadows and into the unknown light of your own destiny. Stand tall and walk with confidence - you have earned it. Take the lead. You can now let that shadow-self follow behind you, where they belong.
