The Six of Pentacles…

If you are like me, you have a real sensitivity for fairness and, consequently, a very intense bullshit meter for unfairness. When you find yourself stuck in a decision regarding money or material items, having a heightened belief system involving equality and what is right can sometimes be a burden. You might have to break it down: Who are you tied to? How fair do you believe they are being with you? How fair do you feel you are being with them? What are the forces, seen and unseen, that might morph what you are sensing? Do you have all of the information? How can you know you have all of the information? If you really dive in, it’s a deep, deep pool. But, sometimes, you must examine these particulars very closely to make sure the situations at hand are in alignment with your personal value system, who you are and who you are striving to be. It’s tricky…but take the time with a very thick magnifying glass, just to be sure. If you are bound to others, don’t you want them to follow your chosen path of integrity and honor? It’s ok to demand fairness.
