The Sun…

This weekend, step into the sun. I’m not sure where you are located, but on the east coast of the US we’ve had a very dark and cold spring. If you are like me, you may be starting to feel like a neglected garden with all of the clouds, fog and gloomy weather. But, the sun is still there even when you cannot see or feel it - so throw your shoulders back and open up that heart center to warmth and light! You know that feeling of a perfect summer day - a day with no responsibilities - a day when you can hit the beach, chill in the park and dance under the rays freely? That is the energy of your weekend. Not feeling it yet? Invite it and invite others to join you. Give yourself over to the energetic fire of life. Let the sun engulf you in heat, passion and enthusiasm. Feel your own life recharge with each radiant ray of every minute. You deserve light.
