This week, as the chaos of fearsome obligations encircle you, walk through it all and step into the lighted cave of who you are. As you approach, no matter how panicky you are, step inside. In this glowing cavern, be prepared to meet yourself in a way that surprises you. The best and worst of who you are and who you have been will rise up with fury to challenge you once you enter. Here you must reconcile with self and strip away the pieces of your being which are no longer useful to you or others. Let those shadow pieces float away from you leaving their stories in ancient hieroglyphics on the cave’s stony walls. Once released, your true worth is illuminated. Visions of self will emerge that reveal the best of who you are. They will enhance the luminosity of this cove and fill you with warmth. Embrace this enlivened light you feel all around you - let your skin absorb it all with no reservations. You will know when it’s time to walk out of your inmost cave and be reborn into the world as a refined and purified person - the person you are meant to be.
