King of Wands…

I know you want to be in charge and I know how much you feel like you could do it so much better. Wouldn’t it be blissful to sit on the thrown and delegate as everyone takes your orders and sets them in motion? You would be passionate, visionary, fair and lead everyone to communal growth. If you could just step into the role - you would tear everything down and do it your way and your way would bring on great improvement overall. You’d be inspirational - not bossy. You’d set up a functional foundation, instead of confusing matters. You would rule supreme and garner respect through creativity and compassion. But, do you truly know what it takes? I’m not trying to knock you down. I’m urging you to refine and focus - really try to understand all of the elements that would need to conspire for success in this position.
