Channel that love and the deep understanding that you are safe. Allow that peaceful and reassuring energy to pour down all around you as you ease into a deep sleep. Rest heavy in the knowledge that you are loved, you are safe and you will be ok. Balance is sometimes hard to see and feel, but it is there for you always. In your dreams, I hope you find yourself in that place of perfect balance with the glow of the heavens surrounding you and the light of the universe filling your heart with tranquility.
