If that terrifying alter ego is ready to drop, let them. Either they will descend with purpose on your behalf or they will scurry away into the night. Imagine, this evening, you are untethering yourself from this energy and releasing something or someone you may think you need, but has gifted you with only freakish and bizarre feelings. Shift your perspective by imaging a life without this haunt - how do you feel in this freeing vision? It or them may be driving you to be something you are not.
